Move-in Coordination
Our Move-in Coordinators are there to administer damage control and organization to put your mind at ease.
Organization
Move-ins are scheduled in a timely manner that allows each occupant to move without interruptions. Our Move-in Coordinators make sure that residents start and finish moving on-time allowing a seamless pace of traffic towards the completion of the building's occupancy.
Damage Control
Before each move our Move-in Coordinators take a video and widespread picture(s) of the common property surrounding the area the occupant will be moving through. This procedure is to have visual evidence of any pre-existing damage to compare in the final walk-through. If damage has been made to the common property acknowledgement from the resident is to be made by signing our damage report form.
Communication
Moving into a new building can be stressful for all parties so we understand that the people involved may be a little more sensitive than usual. It is important to us to approach occupants with a friendly and professional attitude when locking the elevators and communicating the rules and regulations during a move.
