I was a tenant at 977 Mainland Street since construction finished (in fact, I moved in prior to construction finishing on the upper floors). I recently moved in March 2022. Regardless, I wanted to send this note over to highlight the fantastic job Viorel did since taking over stewardship of the building. Thanks.
I was at LH yesterday to get my fob updated as arranged with Shannon and I just want to say how nice it was to see her smiling face again. Always upbeat and so service oriented. I also met Daniela- lovely and energetic- I can see why they are both such valued people.
As I was waiting to have my pix taken in 657 lobby, a cleaner was doing the floor so I said hi and thanked him for his work and how important it is to all of us. He smiled and moved on and I didn’t think any more of it. A few minutes later he came back and almost shyly said thank you to me- how he appreciated I’d noticed him and that it meant a lot. I said I was an owner on the Council and introduced myself as did he- and we said our good byes. It struck me how lucky we are to have such dedicated people at LH- we sure hit the jackpot.
