As I was waiting to have my pix taken in 657 lobby, a cleaner was doing the floor so I said hi and thanked him for his work and how important it is to all of us. He smiled and moved on and I didn’t think any more of it. A few minutes later he came back and almost shyly said thank you to me- how he appreciated I’d noticed him and that it meant a lot. I said I was an owner on the Council and introduced myself as did he- and we said our good byes. It struck me how lucky we are to have such dedicated people at LH- we sure hit the jackpot.””
